Subject: 26 th NC Monument...

Message Detail:
HI folks,
I do have some moments here. I have been thinking about the 26th NC reg monuments location.... While it may not be historically correct, it does point out to me at least this regiments incredible courage that horrible afternoon. Whether it be where the monument is or down by the Bryan farm, does it really matter ? If in the broad scheme of the events of that afternoon, if they were there or down by the 12 NJ or the CT regiment does that lesson what they did? Much like the Miss regiment whos memorial was recently dedicated! I say NO! So may these honored dead, may we learned from them and draw inspiration from their incredible courage!

Jim
